Coaching With Mike

Mike Andes will give one-on-one coaching for one to three hours. We will interview you and your team. We will create a six-week action plan.

6 weeks after your coaching with Mike, the team will reach out to see how your progress has been.

  • Is this free? What's the catch?

    This is 100% FREE, in exchange, we get to share your story on our channel. It sounds simple, but for many, it's hard to open up and ask for help at their lowest moment. We thank all our applicants. Sharing your story helps everyone in the community.

  • Do I need to be a big business?

    NO! We visit businesses ranging from $200,000 to $20M in annual revenue. Apply today and we'll reach out if we are coming to your area.

  • Can I pay for the coaching and not have it filmed?

  • What financial documents do you need from me before the visit?

    We need the following items:


    1.) YTD Profit and Loss Statement and last year's P&L


    2.) Current balance sheet 


    3.) Please schedule 1-2 jobs for us to film the crew working.


    4.) Optional: bank and loan statements


    The more you share with Mike, the better advice he is able to give.
